Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Next Day Carriage is available in Zone 1 for all orders placed before 2pm subject to stock levels and cleared payment, although the vast majority of next day deliveries will arrive the next working day, please note that this service is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day on a next day service.

1-2 days Carriage please allow 2 working days from clearance of payment for delivery. Typically all items which are been delivered to UK mainland are delivered next working day, offshore destinations may take up to 2 working days for delivery.
If you live on the Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles , Please note an additional cost of £6.00 will be added on to Zone 1 postage costs.
Please note all items which are sent out via courier are delivered between 8am and 6pm there must be someone in to sign for these goods, **So make sure you choose a delivery address where someone is in. Ee-delivery Is an extra charge of £5.00 or goods can be collected from our courier depot.
Returns If you find that the items you have ordered are unsuitable for your needs then you may return them. Please contact Customer Services on 01924 274774 with details of why the product is unsuitable. Please note that carriage charges are non-refundable.
